My dearest brother and sisters,
The arrival of the holy month of Ramadan is an act by Allah to remind us our unfortunate brothers and sisters around the world and lend them our help and Allah put out huge rewards for his compassionate and kind servant. As for this, the Palestine Mercy Mission would like to invite all of you to make some contributions for our Palestinian brothers and sisters in needs. At the moment, we are planning to build bread factory in Gaza as it is the best way to ensure continuous food supply for them and we intend to improve it much more with the help of you during this holy month of Ramadan.
Update on Gaza Bread Factory:
On Mac 2011, an agreement has been signed between the Chairman of Aqsa Syarif and Mr. Abdul Rahim Sehab for the Gaza Bread Factory Project with RM 200,000 immediately underway to Gaza. Upon the completion of project, the overall cost is RM 630,000 and it consist of the cost of the machine, modification cost, premise rental expense, management cost, documentation and legal cost with the authority, marketing cost and fixture & fittings cost for the premise. The project has been completed by 28th of June 2011 and fully operational for the first time. Alhamdulillah and it is a proud achievement for Malaysian.
Upon the arrival of the month of Ramadan, we will be sending ‘AQSA2GZA’ second convoy mission, InsyaAllah. One of the main objectives of this intended mission is to deliver our Malaysian contributions and donations towards the needed and unfortunate Palestinian especially the contribution towards the bread factory project. The team will be dispatch on 20th of August 2011 and we would like to encourage all of you our dearest Malaysian to donate during this holy month of Ramadan, the month full with barakah to help our Palestinian brother and sisters so that we will be able to hand in your donation personally to the Gaza community.
We have allocated RM 100,000 from donations of our fellow Malaysians to purchase flour in order to produce breads to be given to Gaza people during this fasting month.
We urge all of you to contribute and lend our hands especially with the arrival of Ramadan, the month fill with barakah towards the unfortunate and needed people in Palestine.
